Consolidated Coaching LLC

Updates to Terms & Conditions — Effective December 15, 2025

Applies to All Current and Incoming Clients of Classic Coaching and Crew Coaching

These updated Terms & Conditions govern all billing, membership, payment, cancellation, reinstatement, and event-related policies for Consolidated Coaching LLC. By continuing participation in any Consolidated Coaching membership after December 31, 2025, clients acknowledge and accept these updated terms.

1. Membership Types & Pricing

Classic Coaching

- Monthly Billing: $388/month

- Annual Promotional Rate (Nov–Dec 23): $3,888


Crew Coaching

- Monthly Billing: $988/month

- Annual Promotional Rate (Nov–Dec 23): $9,888

Annual promotional pricing of $3,888 (classic) and $9,888 (crew) is only available between the November live event (~Nov 12) and December 20th of each year.


Private Coaching

ALL private coaching engagements are handled as a one of agreement between the client and Scott Groves, but also follows all the terms and conditions below. 

2. Annual Billing Terms

- Annual billing is paid in full unless the client uses Stripe Checkout financing (Affirm/Klarna other “pay-later” processor), available mid‑Nov to Dec 20th.

- Annual payments are 100% non‑refundable.

- Annual billing does NOT auto-renew.

- If a client who previously paid on an annual basis, has not renewed with the annual discount by December 20th of the current year, billing converts to standard monthly pricing on January 1st of the following year.

- Promotional rates (offered at live events, through company discounts, and/or at the discretion of Scott Groves)  last 12 months, then revert to full monthly pricing unless Scott approves otherwise in writing.


3. Monthly Billing Terms

- Month‑to‑month access. NO long-term contracts!

- Monthly payments are non‑refundable.

- Billing renews automatically.

- Effective Jan 1, 2026, all previous discounts expire unless personally extended by Scott.


4. Cancellation Policy

To cancel, clients must:

1. Email his or her intent to cancel to [email protected] ONLY. No other inboxes will be monitored for cancellations; there is no cancellation form. NO other employee, team member, or representative of the company may be contacted for cancelations. If they are, your request will be ignored. No cancellations are processed by text or any other communication other than through the [email protected] inbox. 

2. Send email before 11:59 PM on the 20th of the month to cancel the next month.

3. Complete the exit interview before the last day of the month. A link will be provided to book an exit interview with Scott. Cancellations will NOT be processed until the client & Scott speak. 

If steps are missed:

- Billing does NOT stop.

- No refunds.

- Misdirected communication does not count as cancellation.

Successful cancellation ends access at the end of the already-paid month.


5. Failed Payment Policy

- If payment fails, the system retries automatically 3 times within 5 days.

- If all attempts fail, access to all coaching platforms is immediately suspended.

- To reinstate, the client must update the payment method and will resume at current full pricing unless Scott approves otherwise in writing.


6. Reinstatement Policy

Clients returning after suspension or cancellation resume at current full rates ($388 / $988).


7. Event Fees - NEW

Crew Coaching attendees: ~$200 per event for food, beverage & Airbnb costs – charged automatically one week before the event to all attendees.

Year-End Austin Event attendees: ~$150 charged for food, beverage & Airbnb costs – charged automatically one week before the event to all attendees.

Fees are charged only if attending.


8. Right to Modify Terms

Consolidated Coaching may modify pricing, features, or policies with notice.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance.


9. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in Consolidated Coaching after December 15th, 2025 signifies acceptance of these terms.
